Shipping
We offer free shipping anywhere in the lower forty eight of the United States. For purchases out of the country please contact us. Unless otherwise arranged, Gold Nugget Man will ship your order via USPS. For enhanced security, all orders will be securely mailed insured, either certified or registered, with signature and ID required. Your order will ship as soon as payment is cleared and verified. Keep in mind, Gold Nugget Man is sometimes out prospectin' ! But we will be in contact with you as soon as we can, (really!) and ship your order as soon as possible upon our return. The tracking number will be provided to you. All of Gold Nugget Man products will arrive to you well secured, protected, and in a display container or vial.
Forms of Payment
We gladly accept money orders and cashier checks. All major credit cards are accepted through Pay Pal - you do not have to have a Pay Pal account to use Pay Pal. The fastest way to receive your purchase is payment by bank wire transfer or cashier's check. Purchases over $2000 must be completed by either a bank wire transfer or cashier's check. All payments must be in US dollars and must be cleared before your purchase can be shipped. All international buyers, please contact Gold Nugget Man via email. Thanks!
Returns and Refunds
We provide customers with full detailed pictures and descriptions of all of our gold. A Gold Nugget Man Certificate of Authenticity for each product will accompany all purchases. Your gold will come to you as it appears on this site. Please be sure to read all information about the gold you are interested in, and do not hesitate to call us for more information if needed. We want you to be completely comfortable with your decision. However, if for some reason you are not happy with your gold we will gladly refund your purchase amount. Please call Gold Nugget Man immediately and have the order back in the mail to us within 3 days. The shipment back to Gold Nugget Man requires the same consideration - undamaged, secured, and insured, registered or certified as before, (requiring a signature) with an email to us of the tracking number.
