Upon close inspection you may consider it a bit startling! 

From one perspective, I would call it “The Jaws of Time” -

that’s really the alarming, almost scary, part! 

It really is eerie – beautifully eerie!  Just look at these golden jaws....

Lined with solid gold, fang-like teeth... A long top and bottom row of them! 

It’s hard to equal that for fascinating! 

Not to say that the reverse side isn’t superb.. it is!!

In fact, the overall finish of this piece is captivating! 

The bulk contained in this remarkable chunk is displayed with excellence.
