We’ve pondered for quite some time,
wondering what to name this piece...
After a longwhile,
with much back and forth brainstorming
and exchanging of ideas,
we devised a plan conceived of a simply brilliant notion.
Be silent and let the nugget speak –
allow it to say what its spirit dictates.
That’s when it finally came to us –
“Raw Wilderness!”
If you’ve ever experienced true wilderness such as the Big Horn Crags deep in Idaho's River of No Return Wilderness, far away from everyone -
just you and the indescribable, primal vastness,
you would surely agree!
At well over two and one third troy ounces of
spectacular rich gold,
this nugget just has to have a name - you can see that!
Nothing speaks to the very soul of this magnificent hunk of gold better than "Raw Wilderness." This stranger than strange nugget - aside from being shockingly beautiful - has some remarkable wild features.
One of these is a gaping, truly eerie large jagged cavernous void. This hallmark aspect, along with a vivid display of fascinating, gnarly knobs as it ripples with mountainous muscles and an unexplainable pattern of crevices, recesses and passages, is almost more than I can believe. And I’m holding this as I write! It’s guiding my words! Add to what’s already been said, that it has an overwhelming positive response to the forces of gravity.
I mean it really feels heavy! And, it’s so sweet to touch.
This thing is a rare, pleasing and wildly fun experience.
I’ve invested over a half a century looking at
and looking for gold –
no one has ever shown me a piece as shocking as this.
And we were the lucky ones who found it!
The trademark gaping cavern holds an intimidating array of jagged, barb-like beckonings that continually taunt saying
“I dare you to enter!”
